About This Product
The ultra-compact vacuum high-power reflow oven is a device that solders electronic components in a vacuum and nitrogen atmosphere.
■Compared to conventional reflow ovens, it has the following advantages.
・The heating speed is three times that of conventional ultra-compact vacuum reflow ovens. (21℃/min)
- Improved cooling performance by combining with cooling reflow plate. (Difference between natural cooling and 65℃ or more)
・Prevents oxidation in vacuum and enables high-quality soldering.
・Since it can be heated at low temperatures, parts deterioration and distortion are prevented.
- No need for flux or cleaning agents, reducing costs and environmental impact.
- Temperature profiles can be output to a PC by using a dedicated thermo controller.
- Because it is ultra-small and compact, there are no restrictions on installation location or transportation.

・World's smallest class: 1/20 or less of a conventional vacuum reflow oven.
・Good visibility: The condition of the board can be seen through the window glass.
・Low price: 1/10 or less of a conventional vacuum reflow oven.

・Atmosphere: Vacuum/nitrogen purge possible.
・Maximum operating temperature: 300℃ (260℃ at all times)
