About This Product

■With OPP bag header- Convenient as a bag for hanging products in stores (Examples of use: writing utensils, brushes, poster cards, chopsticks, parts such as screws, neckties, socks, handkerchiefs, key chains, accessory parts, etc.)
・The header part is reinforced with a pearl film core (white film)
・Put the product in from the bottom of the bag and secure it with tape (A type)
・The hole size is 8mm

■What is OPP bag?Officially, it is an acronym for biaxially oriented polypropylene. 2-axis refers to the vertical and horizontal axes, meaning that the film is stretched in both the vertical and horizontal directions. The OPP film is processed into a bag and is generally called an OPP bag.

Each manufacturer has a different product name (name), and there are various products such as Crystal Pack, HEIKO Crystal Pack, Clear Pack, Opi Pack, Multi-Fukuro, etc. Each company has a common size as a standard product, and the thickness is often 30 microns.

■FeaturesIt is highly transparent, has a crisp texture to the touch, and is highly moisture and water resistant, so it is used for packaging when displaying all kinds of products in stores. Although it has excellent tensile strength, it has poor heat sealing and gas barrier properties, making it unsuitable for containing food.

Additionally, the fusing parts on the sides tend to tear easily, and those with tape (glue) have some weaknesses, such as the adhesive strength of the tape part decreasing in low temperatures.

■Applications/How to utilize it・As a DM envelope
For company information, pamphlets, new product information, DM (direct mail) for sending samples, shipping envelopes, flyer distribution, and posting.

・As packaging for stationery
Display and sale of writing utensils such as pencils, mechanical pencils, oil-based and water-based pens, brushes, painting brushes, brush pens, rulers, glue, erasers, scissors, pencil cases, etc. in OPP bags.

・Packaging household and kitchen items
Chopsticks, spoons, forks, straws, bento boxes, chopstick holders, sponges, toothbrushes, and ear picks are displayed and sold in OPP bags.

・Packaging promotional items
Put novelty items in plastic bottles and wine bottles in OPP bags for bottle necks, or paste OPP bags containing promotional items in cardboard cases directly onto products and sell them in stores.
