■My cut CN6003F has a tip fee of 0 yen.The CN6003F is a cutter with a handle that allows you to use the corners that are not used on a lathe for milling, with no tip fee. The diamond-shaped insert (CNMG1204〇〇), which is often used for external turning, etc., usually only uses the front and back four corners with an 80° tip. The 100° corner is unused and thrown away. Isn't that a bit of a joke?

In addition to flat surface machining, it is possible to process up to 5C for C surfaces. However, since it is a double negative cutter, both sides of the tip can be used, and although the cutting edge is strong, it does not cut very well. Suitable for mass production light cutting of cast iron and steel. It is also ideal for rough grinding of hard work materials.
