About This Product

■Concrete structure internal inspection machine

This is an internal inspection device for concrete structures that uses small diameter drill holes (Φ24.5-30mm). It is possible to scan the inside of a hole to obtain a developed image, and from that image, the progress of carbonation, crack depth, and crack width can be measured.

■Main features

・Multiple deformations inside concrete can be investigated using small diameter drill holes. Crack width, location, interfacial delamination, junker, cavity, cold joint, neutralization depth, filling status of injection material, degree of material separation (coarse aggregate) - The developed image obtained is a clear color image with high magnification, so the investigation results can be recorded and saved as an image, and the crack width, deformation position, deformation area, etc. can be obtained with high accuracy. -Due to the small diameter of the drill hole, damage to the structure due to inspections can be minimized and repairs after inspections are easy. ・The device is small and the inspection method is simple, so it can be investigated by one person. No skill required.

■Principle of image reading

The principle of reading images with a stick scanner is the same as that of general handheld scanners that read paper, etc., and the method of scanning with an image sensor is to measure the moving distance of the scanner (sensor) with an encoder via a roller. I am using it.
