About This Product

BIONAC is a chlorine-based special cleaning and disinfecting agent that has further improved the sterilization power of hypochlorite and reduces the occurrence of corrosive properties.

■Features

1. By adding a uniquely formulated surfactant to BIONAC's main ingredient, sodium hypochlorite, it has a high ability to penetrate stains such as protein, fat, sugar, blackheads, and black mold that adhere to floors and processing equipment. It thoroughly disassembles and cleans dirt from its source, and also has a sterilizing effect after washing with water. 2. Regarding biofilms in hard-to-reach equipment, piping, and tanks, conventional cleaning and removal using sodium hypochlorite alone is extremely difficult and causes significant damage to components. However, using Bionac will inhibit it to the extreme. Continuous use can prevent biofilm formation, significantly reducing the time required for CIP cleaning, and enabling thorough cleaning and sterilization. 3. Despite being chlorine-based, it has very little effect on metals and components, and the damage to components is less than that of regular sodium hypochlorite. The degree of metal corrosion is lower than that of sodium hypochlorite. It's safe because it's only 1/264.

■Applications

・Black stains on the floor of the food factory and backyard ・Tank cleaning ・CIP cleaning of public bath floors, piping, boilers, juice, drinking water, and sauce manufacturer piping

■Normal use

1. Remove dirt beforehand 2. Apply Bionac to the object with a special hand foam spray or foam gun (0 to 10 times the undiluted solution for the first time, then optional), let it absorb the foam well and leave it for about 5 minutes. 3. Lightly blend in with a brush and rinse thoroughly with water. 4. By spraying foam every day, brushes are no longer necessary, and the environment can always be maintained as if it were newly built.

■How to use immersion cleaning

1. Make BioNac in the sink to a diluted solution approximately 30 times. 2. Soak the colander and processing equipment parts in the sink for about 60 minutes. 3. Complete by washing the object with water so that no residual liquid remains.

■CIP effort reduced by 1/3, significantly reducing time

1. Make a 60-fold dilution of BIONAC. 2. Immerse the diluted solution in the pipes and tank, circulate it if possible, and leave it for about 60 minutes. 3. After completely draining the diluted solution, wash with water. 4.Washing is complete by measuring residual chlorine at the final drain and when the value is 0.1ppm or less (components other than chlorine are below the detection limit). 5. By cleaning once a month, it is possible to inhibit biofilm construction to the maximum extent possible.
