SLS 3D printing is rapidly becoming popular among companies looking to cost-effectively produce small batches of strong industrial parts. The SLS method offers almost unlimited design freedom, allows the use of industrial-quality, high-performance materials that can replace parts produced using traditional manufacturing methods, and is capable of extremely high-definition and detailed expression. SLS 3D printers such as the Fuse 1+ 30W can produce production parts for rapid prototyping, tools including molds, mass customization, and test production before going into mass production.

■ Industrial quality finish in just 15 minutes after printing is completed

SLS Streamlines the post-processing of 3D printed products, allowing users to focus on higher value-added tasks. Additionally, by reducing post-processing time, it is possible to increase production with the Fuse series without changing the number of workers.

■Automate powder removal with hands-free rotating basket

The polishing basket inside Fuse Blast rotates and sprays polishing media with compressed air, effectively removing semi-sintered powder attached to the surface of the printed product. The polishing basket is completely hands-free; all you need to do is transfer your print from the Fuse Sift to the basket in a special container and select your settings.

■Keep your molded products and work area clean

Fuse Blast's built-in ionizer removes static electricity from your print, preventing dust and media debris from clinging to the surface. The function of the polishing device and the ionized air emitted from the ionizer prevent dust from re-adhering to the surface of the modeled object even after post-processing is complete, resulting in a smooth, powder-free texture. This advanced feature allows you to create a smooth surface in just 15 minutes after removing the part from the powder cake. During this time, minimal manual effort is required.
