About This Product

■Incinerator that burns garbage and produces hot water Shoen-kun Incinerator that does not require notification to government officesThe problem with conventional incinerators was to stop the smoke generated during incineration. Smoke is actually unburned gas that is generated when organic matter cannot be completely combusted. Smoke can be stopped by complete combustion, but this requires constant use of an auxiliary combustion device (hereinafter referred to as a burner). The feature of Shomo-kun is that when the temperature reaches approximately 500℃ (*1), even if the burner is turned off, the structure of the afterburning chamber alone can stop the smoke.

*1 The combustion temperature differs depending on the materials and conditions, such as paper, wood, waste plastic, and rubber. The combustion temperature here refers to the temperature at which smoke (unburnt gas) changes to flame.

■Shoen-kun’s mechanism1. Smoke (hereinafter referred to as unburned gas) is generated when organic matter is incinerated.
2. When the generated unburned gas enters the reburning chamber, it is mixed with air.
3. Re-ignition occurs when air and unburned gas are mixed, and the unburned gas is completely combusted.

Traditional incinerators require constant use of a burner. However, with low smoke, complete combustion occurs naturally when the temperature reaches approximately 500 degrees Celsius, so the burner usage time can be reduced, leading to cost savings. Best of all, it allows for clean exhaust that meets environmental standards.

■Flow of combustion of Shomo-kunConventional incinerators use a blower to re-combust the unburned gas that is generated, or a burner to re-combust the unburned gas. Once the temperature reaches 500℃, ``Shoen-kun'' uses the momentum of the combustion flame to re-burn the unburned gas by rotating it, without using a blower or burner.

■ImportantThe above explanation is just the characteristics (mechanism) of Shomo-kun, and does not mean that it burns at temperatures above 500℃. According to the incinerator law, the incinerator must be burned at a temperature of 800℃ or higher, so please turn on the burner until the temperature inside the furnace reaches 800℃ or higher. Don't worry, the heat from the burner will quickly reach over 800℃.
