About This Product
The mass flow meter "SFM5400" has high accuracy (error <1%), long-term stability, high repeatability, and wide dynamic range. The mass flow meter "SFM5400" is made of a metal body and is compatible with a variety of fittings and interfaces, making it possible to measure from 50 sccm to 200 slm. The SFM5400 sensor signal is digitized and fully calibrated and temperature compensated.
Various gas calibrations are stored in each device, allowing you to check whether the gas you are trying to measure is compatible with the gas calibrated in the mass flow meter. The mass flow meter "SFM5400" is an ideal solution for industrial and medical applications.
The high-performance mass flow meter SFM5400 utilizes patented CMOSens® technology, where the sensor element and signal processing circuitry are integrated on a single CMOS chip. Combined with high quality materials, the result is a stable, durable, fast and highly accurate mass flow meter.
The mass flow meter "SFM5400" is a version without valve of the mass flow controller "SFC5400". The SFC5400 mass flow controller has the same performance characteristics as the mass flow meter and is used for similar applications, making these two products an ideal combination.
