About This Product

The underlay feeder UL series is used to place underlay paper under the stack of newspapers being carried out from the counter stacker to prevent the bottom paper of the stack from getting dirty or damaged during transport. It will be placed immediately after the section.

■ULC-100 Underlay/cardboard supply device

This is an underlay supply device that integrates a single-wafer underlay supply device and a corrugated underlay supply device.

■Features

・Craft sheets or cardboard sheets are automatically placed under the stack of newspapers carried out from the counter stacker to prevent dirt and damage to the bottom paper of the stack during transportation. ・By making the layout space-saving and making the overall length of the machine the same as the single-wafer underlay device of conventional machines, the ULC-100 can be easily incorporated into existing shipping layouts, allowing for space-saving crafting. It can be lined with both sheet paper or cardboard. In addition, the adoption of a corrugated board delivery roll mechanism provides excellent stability.
