About This Product

The underlay feeder UL series is used to place underlay paper under the stack of newspapers being carried out from the counter stacker to prevent the bottom paper of the stack from getting dirty or damaged during transport. It will be placed immediately after the section.

■UL-220 Single wafer type underlay supply device <with waiting area>

Place the kraft paper sheets under the stack of newspapers while forcibly feeding them.

■Features

・Since sheet paper is used, it is easy to replenish the underlay paper. - A forced feed method is used to supply underlay, so underlay can be reliably supplied even for small bundles. ・Even if the spacing between bundles becomes narrow during rounding, the queuing mechanism equalizes the spacing between bundles, preventing downstream equipment from exceeding its capacity. - For small bundles such as those using corrugated paper, placing the underlay paper will be stopped based on the total number of pages information.
