About This Product

This is a thin-walled tube forming line with a wall thickness of 20μm to 100μm, which is used for various purposes such as fixing rolls and transfer rolls for OA equipment, scatter prevention films for fluorescent tubes, and dirt prevention films for molds.

Features
■Fluororesin extruderExtruders that use metals that are resistant to corrosion by fluorine gas are available in a variety of screw sizes from φ14mm to φ50mm. You can choose extruders of various sizes depending on the tube diameter and wall thickness.

■Inner sizing method using downward extrusionBy adopting the downward inner sizing method, the extruded resin comes into uniform contact with the protruding part at the tip of the head called a sizing die, and is cooled to reduce the wall thickness (film thickness) in the circumferential direction. It is possible to form tubes with no variations. The crosshead also has a special spiral-shaped, multi-segment flow path design that eliminates noticeable weld lines and extrudes tubes with uniform wall thickness.

■Space-saving designSince everything from the extruder to the winder is mounted on a common base (*in some cases split bases may be used for reasons of transportation and delivery), installation and centering are easy, and the installation space is the same as in the line direction for our standard machines. It has a space-saving design of 6.5m and depth of 2m. In addition, the primary side power supply and water source input ports are each in one place, making installation work easy.
