In recent years, silicone rubber materials have been evaluated for their characteristics, such as being resistant to chemical reactions with other substances, odorless, heat resistant, cold resistant, and flexible. It is used in products in the field.

Mitsuha Seisakusho handles silicone rubber vulcanization lines that can continuously produce tubes and irregularly shaped products used in the above fields, from extrusion to vulcanization. We have two types of manufacturing equipment to suit the size and shape of the product: a horizontal silicone rubber vulcanization line (horizontal extrusion) and a vertical silicone rubber vulcanization line (upward extrusion).

■FeaturesSince the workpiece pushed upward is vulcanized without contact, there are no marks from belts or guide rolls. Since the product is vulcanized in the same shape as it is extruded from the head, crushing and deformation due to the product's own weight is kept to a minimum.

1.Silicone rubber extrusion machine
・You can choose from a wide range of screw sizes from 20mm to 120mm to suit your production conditions. We also have bent types available for each size of 30mm or more.
・We also support multi-layer extrusion such as two-layer and three-layer extrusion.
- If the silica content is high, wear can be reduced by selecting various wear-resistant materials for the screw and cylinder.
- Metal touch prevents discoloration, which prevents discoloration when dispensing semi-transparent or white silicone rubber.
・For silicone rubbers with fast cross-linking reactions, we also have screw shapes for low-temperature extrusion that suppress shear heat generation within the cylinder.

2.Material supply device
Immediately before extrusion, the customer adds vulcanizing material using an open roll or pressure kneader, and simply feeds the kneaded mass into the B-kneaded mass, and ribbons of the optimal width can be automatically fed to the extruder. This reduces the need for manual cutting of materials to the input size and the need for workers to wait at the input slot, leading to labor savings.

■Safety measuresAs a fire prevention measure, a nitrogen gas generator (optional) can be installed inside the furnace.

■Auxiliary equipmentDepending on the next process and shipping format for the vulcanized product, we have prepared ancillary equipment to meet various requirements, such as winding machines for long products onto drums and cutting machines for cutting short products to a fixed size. .
