About This Product

THE Machines laser cross welding machines (SLT series) weld tapes of various materials, thicknesses, and widths economically, efficiently, and with high precision. SLT series cross welders are designed to be used in all conditions as stand-alone machines or in-line. The SLT series cross welding machine welds various thicknesses of alloy tape with or without coating in a fully automated cutting, positioning and butt welding process. Excellent welding stability, reproducibility, and quality.

・Minimum footprint ・Accurate guide and automatic alignment allow welding of tapes down to a minimum thickness of 0.05 mm ・Welding of alloy coils and sheets up to 1,400mm wide ・Laser technology allows welding of copolymer-coated tapes without pre-cleaning ・Able to weld various materials ・Easy to use menu guide system ・Recipe management to ensure reproducibility - Robust structure that can operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year ・Easy operation ・Reproducible high quality seams ・No pre-cleaning or additional processing of the tape is required. ・Avoid scrap due to reliable welding and full utilization of all coils and steel plates ・Continuous production for all applications, including downstream slitting and coiling processes ・Electrically assisted rail movement can be selected ・Welding annealing function available
