About This Product

Multilayer composite pipes made by combining stainless steel and other alloys with PEX and PE-RT resins are ideal for pipes for water, hot water, and sanitary water and sewage applications, but precision molding technology is essential for their production. THE company responds with outstanding metal-plastic molding technology. In addition to TIG welding, we also have laser welding technology that does not use shielding gas, allowing us to seamlessly handle thin wall thicknesses of up to 0.08mm while maintaining high production speed. We provide complete lines including downstream processes such as accumulators, capstans, dancers, and dual coilers. Product features

■Plastic pipe extrusion molding

Inner and/or outer plastic using own or customer custom extruder. Integrated polymer mixing, dosing and delivery is possible, as is layer thickness control.

■Welding

High quality laser welding using a unique seam tracking system. Laser power and beam quality are tuned and configured to best suit your application.

■Quality control

In-line continuous non-destructive weld seam and tube quality control system with ICO (internal crack observer) and ECC eddy current measurement for in-line monitoring and measurement of all geometric parameters.

■Line control

A centralized line control system with recipe management ensures process stability and operational excellence. The line control has data logging capabilities to track key process parameters and quality check requirements, and also meets customers' Industry 4.0 requirements. A user-friendly HMI and line management system.
