■Multi-functional multilayer extruder combination- For multilayer pipe manufacturing, a complete manufacturing inline system allows for modularization of multilayer pipe heads for flexible and efficient manufacturing.
- Material distribution is done through a coaxial spiral distributor. There is also an option to use a multilayer adapter to produce thin outer layers without moving the coextruder. This adapter can be installed directly onto a standard pipe head to the nipple-to-die connection without any problems. By using these multilayer adapters, it is possible to form a single outer layer, or two or more layers.
- With a slight modification of the contour flow, almost any material (including adhesives, EVOH, PP) can be formed into a uniform layer, and with the double strip adapter it can be modified to create color strips at the same time.
・Polyolefin pipe heads achieve excellent cost performance through optimal mutual complementation of production technology and processing technology.

■Reducing material costs by producing high-viscosity compounded PVC・A large amount of clay formulation makes it possible to save raw materials and ensure product quality. A twin screw extruder 36D series is used. In the highly competitive PVC pipe market, producers are currently under constant pressure from rising prices. In particular, there is a trend to increase the proportion of fillers used not only in drain pipes but also in pressure pipes as much as possible.
- By incorporating a large amount of clay to suppress price increases, we have achieved high productivity while maintaining product quality.
- Blending high proportions of clay (up to 60wt%) requires fairly high energy input, which is optimized by a long-effect preheater. The 36D series twin screw extruder has been optimized using this processing technology.
- The extruder is equipped with horizontal and vertical measuring devices, and can process formulations with a high clay content (30wt% or more).
