■Product features・The quick switch system allows you to change the outside diameter of a product in-line, allowing you to change pipe dimensions while continuing production with just a button press. This effective and intelligent technology generates many savings in terms of reduced working time, reduced material loss, and more.
・Using IPC technology, not only can the outside of the pipe be cooled with water in the vacuum tank and cooling tank, but also the inside of the pipe can be cooled using air. By shortening the cooling section by up to 40%, both investment costs and space requirements can be reduced.
- Huge amounts of raw material can be saved while keeping product diameters and wall thickness within tight tolerances by repeatedly measuring and controlling the entire extrusion line and using a sophisticated C7 control system. It's possible.
