- The mini roller head system uses only an extruder, injection head and two-roll calender exclusively developed by KME.
・The thickness of 0.5~4mm and the width of up to 120mm are possible, allowing precision manufacturing of a wide variety of filler strips.
・Specially housed and hardened calender rolls provide high reliability to maintain constant productivity.
Another important advantage is the option to feed the edge trimming material that is constantly accumulated during production back into production, resulting in an environmentally friendly and energy-saving system that contributes to raw material savings.
