About This Product

Although polyethylene cables have excellent insulation properties, they have the disadvantage of deforming when heated. It is already well known that this weakness can be improved by increasing intermolecular bonds through crosslinking. Therefore, we would like to introduce a one-step silane cross-linking CV cross-linking line that uses silane injection that we independently developed. Compared to the conventional two-step method, this method can be expected to significantly improve in terms of equipment, process, and materials. In addition, we incorporate the latest technology from our company into all equipment and control surfaces other than the extruder, and we have a wide variety of products available, so we are confident that we can provide a line that meets the needs of our customers. *We can also handle tandem lines that combine the insulation process and sheathing process.
