About This Product

When extruding cables and tubes, the TPX coated line uses a mandrel as the mandrel or coats the outer diameter to stabilize the inner and outer diameters during vulcanization. As a result, effects such as high accuracy of inner diameter dimensions and glossy outer surface can be obtained. In addition, TPX resin mandrels have high mold releasability, so they are easy to remove after use and can be recycled, so they require less effort and waste after use.

■Product features

TPXⓇ resin (Mitsui Chemicals trademark name/common name polymethylpentene) is a polyolefin resin with excellent heat resistance, mold release properties, and transparency. In rubber hose manufacturing sites, many companies and manufacturing sites use it for sheaths during vulcanization as a substitute for lead due to its characteristics, and for mandrels due to its recyclability. In addition, the new extruder uses a special shape for the grooves and screws in the feed liner to achieve stability, low temperature, high output, and a more compact extruder. New extruders are available with screw diameters ranging from φ50mm to φ150mm, so you can choose according to the required extrusion amount.
