About This Product

This is a four-layer profile extruder that uses TPO resin (pellet material) as the extrusion material. The four-layer head die mounting part uses a breech-lock type using a hydraulic cylinder. The 90mm extruder cylinder heater is equipped with a cast aluminum heater with a water cooling pipe and is an indirect cooling type using a cooling water circulation system. The 50mm and 30mm extruder cylinder heaters are equipped with cast aluminum heaters and are air-cooled using an electric blower. There are 4 resin pressure gauge mounting holes (with stopper plugs) on the 90mm cylinder.
