About This Product
■A new guide with an integrated aluminum profile structure that allows the rail to be used directly as a pillar or beam.
・When using aluminum profiles for peripheral parts, they can be easily attached with brackets, so some of the assembly process can be omitted and the construction period can be shortened.
- Bearing rollers are adjusted without any gaps to ensure smooth operation without rattling.
- Since it is possible to insert and remove the ball without a temporary shaft, there is no need to worry about the ball falling off even when transporting long lengths connected to rails or when attaching and detaching during maintenance.
・In response to many requests, we now offer a variety of options such as stoppers and rails with bolt holes.
- Especially recommended for long conveyor rails.
