■Optimal operating point tracking (MPPT) control

The optimal operating point at which the output of a solar array reaches its maximum is constantly changing due to fluctuations in solar radiation and module temperature. MPPT (Maximum Power Point Tracking) control is a function that tracks the optimal operating point of solar cells, which changes depending on the situation, and controls so that the maximum power of the solar cells can be obtained at all times.

■High efficiency

Traditional PWM charging controllers waste energy due to the large difference between the battery voltage and the solar array's maximum operating voltage. MPPT technology always operates at maximum operating voltage, reducing power loss and achieving maximum efficiency of over 97%.

■MODBUS communication function

Built-in MODBUS communication function, which is the most popular in the photovoltaic industry. Program settings, remote control and log data can be accessed via MODBUS.

■Charging voltage can be set

You can choose from 4 preset charging programs using the DIP switch. Additionally, you can connect it to a PC using an optional adapter to make custom settings such as charging voltage and load-shedding voltage thresholds.

■Night detection function

By connecting to a PC with an optional adapter, you can set up to 4 patterns of load operation from sunset to sunrise. Suitable for lighting systems using solar cells.

■Data log function

System operation data such as the amount of power generated by solar cells and changes in battery voltage can be recorded. Log data can be checked from the optional meter or by connecting to a PC using the optional adapter.

■Industrial high voltage modules can also be used

A 12V or 24V battery can be charged from a high voltage (up to 75V open circuit voltage) solar cell array for industrial or residential use.

■High durability

Epoxy filling and conformal coating protect the housing from dust and moisture. The terminals are treated to prevent salt damage and corrosion.
