About This Product

In addition to the NBK series, which is capable of high-temperature processing up to 300°C for long periods of time, the NBH series, which is capable of high-temperature processing up to 400°C, is now available as a standard lineup. Please use it for diversifying needs and a wide range of applications.

■Main features

The material to be processed is bolts, nuts, washers, springs, etc., and the temperature distribution inside the furnace has a great deal to do with it, and if the processing is not done correctly, it will not be possible to obtain balanced material strength. The circulation system of this machine is designed to distribute hot air evenly throughout the furnace. Two trolleys for factory transportation and two processing trolleys (with heat-resistant trolleys) are sold separately for ease of use in response to the high temperatures and long duration of baking. Some items may require more than 5 hours of processing time, so we have a timer of 99 hours and 59 minutes and a processing end buzzer (which can be turned on or off) to allow unattended processing after you leave the office. In addition to the push-in trolley type, it may be more efficient to use a rack-net type when baking lightweight or single items. Automatic temperature control allows it to be used for general drying, baking, etc.

■Performance

・Temperature setting range: 0 to 300℃ ・Temperature distribution accuracy: empty measurement, measurement at 6 locations inside the furnace, ±10℃ relative to set temperature ・Temperature rise: Approximately 40 minutes from room temperature to 300℃ (empty) ・Heater: Surface temperature below 400℃ due to Nichrome wire quartz glass tube coating safety equipment

■Temperature alarm

A K thermocouple installed inside the furnace monitors the temperature inside the furnace, and when the temperature inside the furnace rises above the set temperature, the heater circuit and circulation fan circuit are shut off. The purpose is to protect the heated object/this equipment.

■Earth leakage breaker

When a leakage or overcurrent occurs, the power supply to the above circuit is cut off. The purpose is to prevent electric shock and fire accidents.

■Circuit protector

When an overcurrent occurs in the control circuit (excluding the heater circuit and circulation fan circuit), the power supply to the above circuit is cut off. The purpose is to protect the equipment and wiring inside the panel and prevent fire accidents inside the panel.

■Electromagnetic switch

When an overload occurs on the circulation fan motor, the power supply is cut off. The purpose is to protect the circulation fan motor.

■7 segment display

Each code displays the operating status during normal operation and the abnormal status when an error occurs.
