■FeaturesThe NGS type is our original product and has been used most often in various industries for many years. Among them, the NGS-10 type is a complete popular product that has been useful in adding stable performance to all models based on its characteristics.

This NGS type is especially suitable for items that require highly accurate temperature processing and have a relatively small amount of processing. In addition, it is equipped with a digital temperature controller that allows you to see the temperature inside the furnace at a glance, making it extremely easy to work with and boasts excellent temperature distribution. Furthermore, upon request, it is possible to make the processing material shelves inside the furnace multi-tiered. It has a versatile design that can be used in all fields.

■Performance・Temperature setting range: 0 to 200℃
・Temperature distribution accuracy: empty measurement, measurement at 6 locations inside the furnace, ±10℃ relative to set temperature
・Temperature rise: 35 minutes from room temperature to 200℃ (empty)
・Heater: Surface temperature below 400℃ due to Nichrome wire quartz glass tube coating
*Performance measurement conditions: room temperature 20℃, no processed material in the furnace, hot air circulation operation

■Temperature alarmA K thermocouple installed inside the furnace monitors the temperature inside the furnace, and when the temperature inside the furnace rises above the set temperature, the heater circuit and circulation fan circuit are shut off to protect the heated object and this equipment.

■Earth leakage breakerWhen a leakage or overcurrent occurs, the power supply to the above circuit is cut off. The purpose is to prevent electric shock and fire accidents.

■Circuit protectorWhen an overcurrent occurs in the control circuit (excluding the heater circuit and circulation fan circuit), the power supply to the above circuit is cut off. The purpose is to protect the equipment and wiring inside the panel and prevent fire accidents inside the panel.

■Electromagnetic switchWhen an overload occurs on the circulation fan motor, the power supply is cut off. The purpose is to protect the circulation fan motor.

■7 segment displayEach code displays the operating status during normal operation and the abnormal status when an error occurs.
