About This Product

■Applications

- By simply attaching it to our various heaters for liquid heating, it will prevent the heater from running dry and protect you from dangers such as fire and ignition. ・A sensor required when used as an optional function of a temperature controller. ・We recommend double safety measures when used in conjunction with a liquid level float sensor.

■Structure

- A thermal fuse is inserted into the fluororesin (PFA) tube. ・The thermal fuse temperature is detected at around 200℃. ・A current of DC8V7mA is applied to the fuse. How to use

■For straight immersion heaters

Align the tip of the sensor 100mm below the water level line and secure it in three places with the included fluororesin cable ties.

■For L-type heaters

Align the sensor near the center of the bottom dimension and fix it in two places with the included fluororesin cable ties, and then fix it in one place on the rising part of the L shape with a cable tie. *The lower part of the neck does not generate heat, so when installing it, be sure to attach it to the bottom of the L shape.
