About This Product

■Applications

・Dry heating prevention sensor (temperature fuse) required when using the optional functions of the temperature controller. - Simply wrap it around our various liquid heating heaters to prevent the heater from running dry and protect you from dangers such as fire and ignition. ・We recommend double safety measures by using it in conjunction with a liquid level float sensor.

■Structure

- A thermal fuse is inserted into the PTFE (M Freon) tube. ・The thermal fuse temperature is detected at around 200℃. ・DC12V10mA current is applied to the thermal fuse. How to use

■For straight immersion heaters

First, make the tip of the sensor into a ring shape. Pass the ring through the heater in two layers, make the ring smaller at the top of the heat generating part (approximately 5 cm below the water line label), and gently insert the support tube so that the entire ring touches the heater tube. Narrow it down.

■For L-type heaters

First, make the tip of the sensor into a ring shape. Double the ring, pass it through the heater, make the ring smaller at the heat generating part, and squeeze it lightly with the support tube so that the entire ring touches the heater tube. *The lower part of the neck does not generate heat, so when installing it, be sure to attach it to the bottom of the L shape.
