About This Product
■Features
Since it uses a standard flange, it can be installed without using any special tools or jigs. When used with permeable liquids, there is no need to worry about liquid leakage compared to screw-in heaters. It is used where internal pressure in liquids, vapor pressure, or mechanical pressure is applied.
■Applications
Manufacture of washing machines, water heaters, heating elements for water heating, heat exchange systems, machine oil insulation, combustion oil preheating, heat transfer oil heating, food oil fryers, steam generators, car wash water, semiconductors, and liquid crystals. Used for cleaning in processes, heating various liquids, preheating, and keeping warm. As a general rule, it is installed horizontally.
■Notes
・This heater is designed and manufactured for heating liquids. Do not use with other fluids.
・Do not use at a voltage higher than the rated voltage.
・Regularly remove scales that have adhered to the surface of the heater element.
- Take care not to damage the heating element.
・Please operate with caution to avoid lowering the liquid level due to evaporation, etc. Never turn on electricity while it is dry.
