About This Product
A cylindrical plug-type heater that makes wiring easier for equipment, and a sheathed plug-type heater that helps reduce equipment costs.
■Main features
- Cylindrical plug-type heaters are easy to remove after accumulation of carbohydrates and other floating substances that adhere to the heater surface, and equipment wiring is easy to handle.
- Sheathed heaters are easy to install and handle, and require less installation space, reducing equipment costs.
■Main uses
- For heating fluids in the middle of piping.
・For direct heating of water, oil, chemical solutions, etc. in tanks.
・For items that cannot be heated directly, such as heating flammable liquids, use a double tank for indirect heating such as water or heating medium oil.
*SUS316 cylindrical type: Heating and heat retention of alkaline chemicals and oils, degreasing bath, chemical polishing bath, alkaline electrolytic bath, copper strike bath
*Titanium cylinder type: Weak alkaline liquid, weak acidic liquid, water, degreasing bath, bright nickel bath, etching bath
*Copper pipe with nickel plating: Water
*Nickel plating on iron pipe: oil
