■Features

-Quartz tubes have high insulation properties, and radiant heat through transmission increases thermal efficiency. -Easy to install and handle, requiring less installation space. ・When replacing, only the heater is needed, so running costs can be kept low. ・There is an error in the outer diameter of the quartz tube. ・Improved waterproofness by using a cable gland.

■How to use

・Install the heater by aligning it with the companion flange attached to the tank and tightening it with hex bolts. ・In order to prevent water and liquid leakage, pinch and tighten the gasket. ・To prevent damage to the quartz tube, we recommend using a protective tube. The material of the protection tube differs depending on the chemical solution and temperature. ・Please install the heater horizontally. *Vertical installation strictly prohibited
