About This Product

■Ultra-thin wafers and other fragile wafers can be safely stored and transported.

W-4CC-40 uses highly transparent resin (body and lid) with excellent visibility. W-4BB-40 uses conductive resin (main body and lid) with low outgassing properties. The low outgassing cushion is made of non-silicone and will not contaminate the wafer. The wafer is held with extremely small contact area at several points within 2mm of the outer circumference.

■Prevention of damage caused by shock and vibration

The elasticity and shape of the cushion cushion the impact and protect and hold the wafer. The cushion's slight adhesiveness allows it to be held without wobbling, but it can be easily removed.

■Easy to handle

The structure allows for easy setting and removal of wafers using tweezers, etc. The lid can be easily opened and closed, making it easy to handle wafers. You can set the wafer on either side. The lid can be removed and the entire body can be placed in a device such as a microscope. They can be stacked to make effective use of your work space.
