About This Product

■Technology to treat wastewater to safe water quality

Much of the wastewater from factories and garbage incinerators contains hazardous substances, and the disposal and incineration of these wastewaters is extremely expensive. We make full use of wastewater concentration technology based on the know-how gained from numerous achievements to realize water that can be safely reused at low cost.

■Extreme wastewater concentration system

In this system, wastewater is separated into concentrated water and clean water, and the concentrated water is made to a concentration of 60,000 mg/L or more, and after being dehydrated and dried, it is solidified and incinerated again. Fresh water (RO permeated water) can be reused as gray water for toilets, etc. Furthermore, precious metals contained in wastewater can also be recovered, realizing an environmentally friendly treatment.

■The amount of waste disposal is reduced, allowing for significant cost reductions.

There is a limit to concentration when a large amount of ions such as calcium (Ca), magnesium (Mg), and silica (SiO2) are included. We will analyze and design using a computer, so please let us know the water quality.

■“High-pressure operation” requires advanced technology and knowledge

Desalination is performed by pressurizing with high pressure operation of 6MPa. Our extensive knowledge and experience has proven that as the salt concentration increases, the water becomes highly corrosive like seawater, corroding even SUS316L.
