About This Product

■Features・How to use: Insert the sealing cap into the recess inside the sealing jig and apply sealant. After coating, attach the getter to the cap and drop the ITO substrate with the film-forming side facing down, and the sealing cap and ITO substrate will overlap at the appropriate sealing position. If you place a light-shielding mask on top of it and then cover it with a weight, the ITO substrate will be pushed to the height of the spacer included in the sealant and will be fixed and sealed at a uniform height, improving the sealing performance between the substrates. There will be no difference.
・Please use a dispenser sold at As One etc. to apply the sealant.
・The sealant will not completely harden even after UV irradiation, so please perform heat treatment. When using materials such as NPD with a Tg of around 100°C, heat treatment is performed at a lower temperature of 80°C x 3 hr. If the Tg exceeds 110°C, it is OK to treat at a short time of 100°C x 1 hr. is.
