About This Product
OASIS300E is based on the self-developed Ver. 5.0 industrial transfer robot automatic operation algorithm and adopts a new electrical hardware design based on the 4th generation controller, improving the robot's electrical performance and stability. By redesigning the module, assembly time has been reduced to less than 1/5 and maintenance has become easier. This greatly improves operational stability.
Laser SLAM navigation technology using diagonal dual radar + front vision sensor realizes 360° plane detection and 3D front space detection, increasing the safety of the robot. They also have a greater ability to adapt to changes in their environment.
■Safety features
Equipped with 360° LIDAR, 3D vision sensor, and safety touch sensor, it can detect low objects and obstacles and slow down and stop, making it possible to operate while ensuring safety.
■Flexible development
Laser SLAM navigation technology automatically generates maps and supports understanding the surrounding environment, path editing, and area editing. Even users can easily work with it. Also, no modifications to the environment are required.
■High expandability
Standard loading modules and corresponding devices allow robots to lift, tow, and transport cargo in any way that suits them. In addition, even more diverse automation can be realized by combining roller type (SRT) equipped with rollers and conveyor belts, and complex collaborative type (SRA) integrated with collaborative robots.
■Environmental adaptability
New generation positioning algorithm version 5.0 achieves stopping accuracy of up to ±5mm, copes with long corridors without change and environments with dynamic changes, reduces impact, ensures continuous robot operation, and provides value to customers. create.
■Working in narrow areas
With a minimum turning radius of 780 mm and a height of 285 mm, it can operate at high speed and flexibly even in narrow work areas. The turning radius is only 390mm.
■Short-term investment recovery
It reduces the amount of work that requires on-site human operations, improves operational efficiency, increases the level of automation, frees up human resources, and reduces production costs.
