About This Product

Pack Station SAP is a semi-automatic packing station that allows manually packed products to be verified and identified using OPTEL cameras.

■General characteristics

PackStation SAP is designed to read the serial number of each product in a case without compromising the packaging speed of the line. Situation can read multiple layers of cartons in one case, and adjustable rails support multiple product sizes. To maximize packing efficiency, the printer automatically issues case labels. After reading, the machine performs an inspection to activate the label. PackStation SAP connects in real time to your line management software (Line Master) to increase your packaging speed and report serial numbers. OPTEL's unique barcode reading technology allows you the most efficient reading and maximizes the performance of your packing operations. This unit can be preconfigured and customized. ■HOW IT WORKS

・Cartons are manually packed into cases so that the 2D barcode (serialization code) can be read by a camera. ・The camera inspects the 2D barcode of all cartons and aggregates them with the case. - Once the case is filled and the carton is loaded, the printer will automatically print the label and paste it on the case. ・The operator moves the case so that the camera can inspect the labels and check the aggregation of cartons inside the case. - OPTEL software validates all printed information and generates reports of all actions for production monitoring and auditing.
