Carton Tracker offers highly scalable configuration. Enables item-level serialization and easily converts to serialization + aggregation if needed.

■General characteristicsCarton Tracker is an automated system that can perform stable printing and inspection of up to 400 cartons per minute. An ejection mechanism is provided for ejected cartons, and the software creates a product trail and monitoring report. Carton tracker is an ideal solution to have a printer and a camera. This unit can be preconfigured and customized.

■HOW IT WORKS- When the carton arrives at the carton tracker, an individual identification number and other batch information (expiration date, lot number, etc.) are printed. At this stage, the identification number is categorized into a form called 'encoding'.
- After printing, the camera inspects the information and quality printed on the individual packaging. Once the information is verified against the batch recipe and approved, the individual identification number changes to "Commission" or "Active."
- OPTEL software validates all printed information and generates reports of all actions (encoding, commissioning, destruction, sampling) for production monitoring and auditing.
- Cartons that fail inspection are removed from the line by an integrated discharge system.
