About This Product

This is a stirrer with a torque meter for research and development. As a verification function to eliminate mechanical loss, it is equipped with step automatic adjustment (torque curve adjustment) over the entire rotation speed range and a spot measurement function that enables more accurate torque measurement at specific points. Two types of stirring blades are included as standard: one standard type and the high-performance super mix series that is actually used in equipment. With a maximum torque of 0.40N・m, it can handle agitation of low to medium and high viscosity. Easy interactive operation with LCD touch panel, with digital display of rotation speed and torque value. When performing manual operation, the target rotation speed is displayed in advance, allowing direct operation from the start of stirring (startup). In consideration of stand-alone use, stable torque values ​​(3 seconds average) are displayed. Also, the graph function allows you to observe changes over time. Feedback control of the rotation angle (360°C, 1/10,000 pulse) ensures that the rotation speed does not fluctuate due to load fluctuations. In order to accommodate all types of stirring purposes, in addition to the standard type stirring blade, three types of stirring blades are included as standard, including two types of high-performance stirring blades in the Super Mix series. (For 1L) Both the main unit and control box have a lightweight and compact design that is easy to carry. The included dedicated software (StirPCforST-4000) allows you to calculate and save data during experiments (rotation speed, torque, liquid viscosity, power, Pv value, Np value, Re number) in real time.
