About This Product

■Summary

This column type flow reactor is ideal for developing and examining reaction processes with an eye to continuous production. The constant temperature chamber is compatible with 300mm columns, so it is possible to perform basic studies toward practical use, such as optimizing reaction conditions, verifying continuous processing capacity, and confirming catalyst durability. In addition, by connecting several thermostatic chambers, it is possible to conduct continuous reaction studies of multiple synthesis steps.

■Features

The length of the constant temperature chamber has been extended to 300 mm, making it possible to accommodate columns with an inner diameter of 10 x 300 mm. It is ideal for research aimed at practical application, such as optimization tests and continuous processing capacity verification. The column can be manually packed with any immobilized catalyst. In addition to column sizes of 10 x 300 mm, inner diameters of 5, 10 x 50, and 100 mm are also available. We also support initial flow studies such as catalyst and reaction condition searches. The aluminum block is equipped with a sample solution preheating function. The constant temperature chamber can be attached to the angle of the laboratory table. Equipped as standard with a recorder output terminal for managing and recording experimental data, and an alarm input/output terminal for monitoring when errors occur. We have created a groove in the aluminum block that can fix the piping tube (for outer diameter 1/16 inch). Preheating the sample before introducing it into the column reduces temperature drop and precipitation inside the column.
