About This Product

This is a 5-unit organic synthesis device that allows you to conduct a variety of liquid phase applied research quickly and efficiently. In addition to the functions and performance that allow individual temperature control and the use of a variety of containers, it is also possible to measure and control individual stirring and solvent temperatures. Equipped with individual stirring function. Since the rotation speed and temperature conditions can be set for each reaction vessel, reaction experiments can be performed independently for each vessel. Setting values ​​can be saved, so there is no need to enter them for each experiment. Equipped with 2-step program function. Reactions can be performed at two temperature settings. Similar to the PPS-5511 model, synthetic scales of 0.5 to 60 mL and container sizes and types can be changed or added to create any combination. The operation unit displays the measured and set values ​​of block temperature, solvent temperature, rotation speed, etc. all at once on the liquid crystal display. Equipped with frost and condensation reduction function. Even if temperature adjustment is finished with the reduction function ON, the block temperature will remain at the set temperature (0 to 30°C), reducing frost buildup and condensation on the block. It can also be used as a storage temperature function after the reaction is completed.

■Individual stirring

The rotation speed can be set for each reaction vessel. Since settings can be made individually, you can change the rotation speed and stirring time for each container used. Setting values ​​can be saved, so there is no need to enter them for each experiment.

■2-step program function

Two-step temperature control is possible. Two-step temperature control is possible when performing secondary reactions with different set temperatures.

■Liquid temperature measurement/control

Liquid temperature can be measured and controlled by using an optional liquid temperature sensor. Liquid temperature control provides highly reliable reaction results. The sensor's wetted parts are Teflon molded.

■Frost formation/condensation reduction function

Equipped with frost and condensation reduction function. When the reduction function is ON, the block temperature remains at the set temperature (0 to 30°C) even after temperature adjustment is finished, which reduces frost buildup and dew condensation on the block. This function can also be used as a storage temperature function after the reaction is complete.
