■Summary

The Single Master is a personal model with a small footprint and is an environmentally friendly single reactor that meets the demands of next-generation synthesis methods in research and development of organic chemistry and process chemistry in the fine chemical field (pharmaceuticals, new materials, electronics, and chemical products). . Covers a wide temperature range and controls individual reaction parameters (temperature, agitation, dripping volume) with high precision. By combining with optional products, batch synthesis or continuous synthesis can be performed. This is an aluminum block constant temperature bath that can be heated and cooled using a newly developed water-cooled heating and cooling mechanism. Cooling experiments down to -40°C are possible by simply supplying tap water at a temperature of 20 to 30°C, and there is no need to worry about condensation. Equipped with a heat exchanger with zero GWP. It uses water for heat exchange and can meet the requirements of CFC-free and brine regulations. Heating experiments up to 180℃ are possible while cooling with water. External temperature control (heating, cooling, isothermal/gradient control) can be performed using only the main body, and it can be combined with an optional internal temperature control sensor, stirring (stirrer, impeller), syringe pump for drip control, and plunger pump for continuous operation. This allows you to create a system that suits your purpose. The reaction vessel is the same as the ChemStation PPV type, and a synthesis scale 150mL reaction vessel can be used, and a vessel with an outflow nozzle has been added. Liquid can be extracted from the bottom of the reaction vessel. Continuous reactions (CSTR) are possible by connecting Teflon® tubes, allowing for large-scale synthesis. With a wide range of options, you can solve problems such as "unstable temperature control", "insufficient stirring power", "reactions with intense heat generation", "wanting to perform reactions at lower temperatures than before", and "dropping with high accuracy over a long period of time". We respond to a variety of requests, such as ``quick cooling/slow cooling'' and ``when large quantities of synthesis must be performed suddenly.''
