About This Product
This synthesis equipment consists of an aluminum block BBS model with a unique structure that has heat transfer performance equal to or better than that of oil, and a magnetic stirrer RCH-1000/RCH-3 model with a hot plate. Since it is a dry method, there is no danger or scattering of oil, making it safe and clean to use. Aluminum blocks and options/parts can be selected according to the research purpose, so it is possible to combine them in a variety of configurations including container sizes and types.
There is no need to worry about oil spills, scattering, smoke, or fire when using oil, and there is no need to change oil, maintaining a clean and safe research environment. The aluminum block has a structure that automatically adjusts its diameter to accommodate variations in the finish of glass containers such as flasks, as well as expansion and contraction caused by heat. (PAT) The aluminum block is coated with white alumite to enhance chemical resistance, and has two temperature sensor insertion holes (φ3.2mm).

・Temperature control accuracy: ±1℃
・Maximum temperature (aluminum block temperature): 250℃ (empty flask of 1L or less), 200℃ (empty flask of 2L), 180℃ (empty flask of 3L or more)
*Values when using magnetic stirrer RCH-1000 type.
*Performance values are at room temperature of 20℃, rated power supply voltage of 50Hz, and no load.
