■Set the aspirator tank in the cooling water circulation system
This is a double structure in which an aspirator tank is installed inside the cooling water tank, and the aspirator tank is cooled by the cooling water tank. The aspirator tank is cooled stably to increase the ultimate vacuum, and the refrigerant in the cooling water tank is circulated to the outside. This single unit performs depressurization and cooling at the same time. Designed to suppress bubble entrainment to reduce noise. It supplies cooling water to the evaporator and vacuum concentrator and reduces pressure at the same time.
The refrigerator has a powerful 650W and has two aspirator suction ports, so it is possible to cool and depressurize two rotary evaporators. *When connecting two units, a stop valve (commercially available) is required for each decompression line.
The material of the pump part of the aspirator is PP resin and fluororubber packing. The aspirator tank and cooling water tank are made of stainless steel and have excellent chemical resistance. The aspirator tank and cooling water tank are separate and independent. Even if the water contains organic solvents due to suction, the water in the aspirator tank can be treated as waste, so it can be used as a wastewater countermeasure.
