About This Product

■NVP type series with constant speed operationDesigned to be combined with a rotary evaporator, it provides total support for the entire evaporator system. The 1000 type is a standard type with a pumping speed of 20L/min and an ultimate vacuum of 10hPa. The 2000 type has a large displacement of 40L/min and 10hPa, making it suitable for depressurizing large-capacity equipment. Model 2100 is a high vacuum type with a capacity of 20L/min and 2hPa, making it suitable for concentrating and drying high boiling point samples.

This is a compact, space-saving type that takes into consideration the installation area. Equipped with a retractable handle for easy carrying. Since it is a dry type vacuum pump, there is no need for complicated work such as water or oil changes unlike with aspirators or oil rotary vacuum pumps.

A selector switch (High/Low) is provided so that the pumping speed can be changed according to the application. High allows for high-speed exhaust, while Low allows for quiet and gentle depressurization. When the standard gas ballast valve is opened and used, the condensate generated inside the pump can be discharged with air drawn from the gas ballast, reducing decompression capacity and diaphragm deterioration. *If you open the gas ballast and use it, the ultimate vacuum will deteriorate.

The NVP series can be equipped with an optional cooler for solvent recovery. The solvent in the exhaust gas is condensed and recovered.

■Configuration exampleNVP type can be used in combination with solvent recovery unit DPE-1150/2150/1250A/B/C types. The solvent recovery unit controls the degree of vacuum (except for the 1250A model) and allows solvent vapor from the vacuum pump exhaust port to be collected into the flask using a cold trap.
