About This Product
■Structured to prevent powder samples from scattering inside the chamber in the event of a leak.
By improving the exhaust line structure, the time required to reach vacuum when reducing pressure from atmospheric pressure to high vacuum is shorter than that of conventional products.
Equipped with temperature output terminal and USB connection terminal as standard. In addition, remote control from a computer, communication cable (sold separately: USBA male - USBB male), and simple measurement and control software EPMonForVOS that can process trend data for each parameter can be used. (The software must be downloaded from the homepage.)
Equipped with program function. Timer function (auto start, auto stop), 2-step repeat operation, 8-step operation, 24-hour cycle operation, etc. are possible. Two sensor holes are equipped as standard on the top of the top plate. Temperature measurements can be performed even in vacuum, which was previously impossible. Up to 10 validation sensors can be inserted. (Sensor and recorder are optional)
■Operation section
The bright and easy-to-read 4.3-inch color LCD display improves operability and visibility. The screen digitally displays not only the internal temperature but also the degree of vacuum in 1hPa units.
■Prevents contamination by suppressing scattering of powder and fine particles inside the chamber during leaks.
A scattering prevention plate has been installed at the bottom of the chamber. Prevents contamination by suppressing scattering of powder samples during leakage. By attaching the included slow leak tube, the ability to suppress powder sample scattering will be further improved.
■Special mount
The VOS-602SD type is equipped with a dedicated stand as standard. A slide base for the vacuum pump is installed on the mount, making it easier to change the oil of the oil rotary vacuum pump.
