About This Product

This is a large shelf-type freeze dryer suitable for freeze-drying large quantities of raw materials and products at once for development, manufacturing, and plant applications. There are two types of drying shelves: one with a sealing device for drying vials and one for drying trays. The airtight type is suitable for drying vials, etc., and it is possible to seal bottles with rubber stoppers on each shelf, regardless of their size. The drying rack can also be used for tray drying.
With shelf cooling and heating functions, freeze-drying can be performed automatically from pre-freezing to drying without moving raw materials or products. Operation and maintenance are easy-to-handle front controls.
Specifications for each product can be changed, such as eutectic point measurement, large recorder, liquid crystal program controller, vacuum control, etc. (Optional) Models with dehumidification capacity of 100/200L or more, steam sterilization compatible, and sampling drying chamber are also available. We can manufacture trap temperature, dehumidification amount, acid resistance specifications, shelf temperature control method, and clean room specifications.
