About This Product

■Large shelf type for food, medicine, and cell tissuesSince large quantities (Max. 10L) can be processed at one time, preliminary experiments for semi-plants and pilot plants can be conducted. The drying shelf can perform both cooling and heating, so pre-freezing and freeze-drying can be performed simply by setting sample containers on the shelf.

The shelves use a heat medium circulation type for both cooling and heating. A more uniform temperature distribution can be obtained compared to the heater heating method and cooling piping method. There is no heater part on the shelf, so there is no need to worry about electrical leakage even if you wash the shelf with water. Pre-freezing and freeze-drying can be performed in the drying chamber, making it less susceptible to room temperature and allowing for excellent freeze-drying. Equipped with a safety device against abnormal rise in shelf temperature.

By setting the latent heat of sublimation given to the sample in advance, the FD-550P model can obtain the appropriate parameters for the purpose. Effective for checking moisture content and bacterial survival rate. Additionally, the degree of vacuum, shelf temperature, and sample temperature can be recorded. It can also be used as an experimental device for setting conditions during transition to an intermediate plant. Since the drying time of the FD-550P model can be adjusted by program, the crystal size of the sample can be adjusted according to the purpose.

Additionally, the freeze-drying process progresses according to the program, ensuring highly reproducible drying at all times.
