The display uses a 3.4-inch LCD for excellent visibility. In auto mode operation, the trap cooling temperature and degree of vacuum are determined and the sample container can be installed. After starting, it is easy to install the flask and stop the drying process. (When using manifold)
A trap amount monitoring mechanism can be installed as an option. You can feel safe by checking the monitor lamp before the maximum amount of dehumidification is reached. A 0.2μm filter installed at the air inlet prevents contamination during leaks. Equipped with a timer function that displays the vacuum pump's cumulative operating time and freeze-drying time, making it convenient for determining when to change the vacuum pump's oil and measuring sublimation time. Furthermore, it is possible to output the degree of vacuum and trap temperature as drying data.
The vacuum pump will not automatically restart when the power is restored. This prevents samples that have been melted due to power outages from scattering due to bumping. (The time for recovery from power outage can be changed) The structure prevents drain water and condensed water from being sucked into the vacuum pump. Reduces the frequency of oil changes. In order to strengthen earthquake resistance, it is equipped with a fixing plate that allows the main body to be fixed with a chain, etc. Compatible with RoHS Directive.
