The display uses a 3.4-inch LCD for excellent visibility. This is a versatile unit-type tabletop freeze dryer that can be used by freely changing the optional manifold and dry chamber to match the sample container. For drying data management, recorder output terminals for vacuum degree and trap temperature are standard equipment.
In auto mode operation, the trap cooling temperature and degree of vacuum are determined and the sample container can be installed. After starting, it is easy to install the flask and stop the drying process. (When using manifold)
Equipped with a timer function that displays the vacuum pump's cumulative operating time and freeze-drying time, making it convenient for determining when to change the vacuum pump's oil and measuring sublimation time. A 0.2μm filter installed at the air inlet prevents contamination during leaks. The vacuum pump will not automatically restart when the power is restored. This prevents samples that have been melted due to power outages from scattering due to bumping. (You can change the power outage recovery time)
By using the optional nozzle lid, it can also be used as a trap for centrifugal evaporators, etc. (A vacuum pump with a capacity of 533Pa or less is required) Compliant with RoHS Directive.
