About This Product
■Compact eco type with inverter. Approximately 77% energy saving effect
It has an energy saving effect of approximately 77% compared to the conventional product (NCC-1120 type), contributing to reductions in power consumption and CO2 emissions. Highly accurate temperature control using a heater and refrigerator circulates liquid whose temperature is controlled from -10 to 80℃.
The NCC-3100 series uses a water-cooled refrigerator, so it can be used in clean rooms and places with high ambient temperatures. It can be used to control the temperature of light sources for electron microscopes and spectrophotometers, reaction vessels, exposure equipment, lapping equipment (semiconductor manufacturing equipment), etc. The device volume is reduced by 61% compared to the conventional model (NCC-1420A type). Compact and easy to install.
Types C and D can circulate pure water (electrical conductivity 0.1mS/m (1µS/cm) or higher). Suitable for temperature control in clean rooms and semiconductor manufacturing equipment. Types B and D are high-pressure pump specifications that can provide a discharge pressure of 0.2 MPa, which is equivalent to water pressure. If you require even higher discharge pressure, we can manufacture a type that can achieve a discharge pressure of 0.4MPa.
Considering use in the industrial field, it is equipped with a variable independent overheating preventer, an emergency stop button, and an alarm output terminal. Addition of water leak detection function is available upon special order. This is a RoHS Directive compliant product.
