About This Product
■CA-2600C type
It has a built-in circulation pump with a discharge pressure of 0.2MPa, which is about the same as water pressure. Suitable when the pipe diameter is small or when there is a long lift or distance to the circulation destination. Equipped with an emergency stop button and a remote control terminal that can be controlled externally, it meets various needs in the industrial machinery field. Equipped with a bypass valve as standard, allowing adjustment of discharge pressure. It also helps protect pumps in flow paths with high piping resistance.
■CA-2600F・F2 type
Can circulate pure water (electrical conductivity 0.01mS/m (0.1μS/cm) or higher) and silicone oil (at liquid temperature 10℃, viscosity 10mPa・S or lower). Suitable for applications that require thorough water quality control through ion exchange resin in the pipes. Since Barrel Silicone Fluid®, an inert and highly electrically insulating silicone oil, can be circulated, it is suitable for circulation sites where static electricity is averse, and for temperature control in semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
The CA-2600F2 model has a built-in circulation pump with a discharge pressure of 0.2MPa, which is equivalent to water supply. Suitable for flow paths where the pipe diameter is small, there is a long lift or distance to the circulation destination, or where there are multiple elbows, gate valves, etc. in the pipe and pressure loss is expected to be high.
■Complete safety features
・Earth leakage/overcurrent breaker
- Circulation pump thermal protector: The circulation pump will stop if it is overloaded (suction of foreign matter, high viscosity, rise in ambient temperature, etc.). Once the load is removed, operation will resume.
・Temperature rise alarm: An alarm will be output when the temperature inside the tank exceeds the set temperature + 5.0℃. Control continues.
・Temperature controller self-diagnosis function: Outputs an alarm when an abnormality in the temperature controller is detected. It will automatically recover when the cause of the abnormality is removed.
・Sensor abnormality
・Freezer overload
・Freezer high pressure switch
・Freezer protection timer
- Circulating water pressure abnormal alarm (optional): When the circulating water pressure exceeds the upper limit setting, an abnormality is detected and an alarm is output.
