About This Product
■Features
This is a mid-power cooling water circulation device with a cooling capacity of 3,000W. It can be used to cool the heat generating parts of medium and large research equipment, as well as analytical equipment, machine tools, semiconductor manufacturing equipment, etc. It is equipped with various safety functions that can be used in a wide range of applications, and is also equipped with an external temperature sensor output terminal, a temperature recorder output terminal, and an alarm output to notify of refrigerator abnormalities, temperature abnormalities, sensor abnormalities, etc.
The CA-2610S model is equipped with an emergency stop button and a remote control terminal that can be controlled externally, meeting the needs of the industrial machinery field. The temperature control range is wide from -10℃ to room temperature (up to 35℃), and the temperature control accuracy is ±2℃ or less, expanding the range of applications. The maximum lifting height is 9.5m as standard, up to 20m with the optional high-pressure pump (HPP type), and even up to 40m with a custom-made high discharge output type.
An airtight lid (optional) allows circulation to an open system. We also manufacture oil circulation types, high discharge output types, and pure water circulation types as special orders.
■Complete safety features
・Earth leakage/overcurrent breaker
- Circulation pump thermal protector: The circulation pump will stop if it is overloaded (suction of foreign matter, high viscosity, rise in ambient temperature, etc.). Once the load is removed, operation will resume.
・Temperature rise alarm: An alarm will be output when the temperature inside the tank exceeds the set temperature + 5.0℃. Control continues.
・Temperature controller self-diagnosis function: Outputs an alarm when an abnormality in the temperature controller is detected. It will automatically recover when the cause of the abnormality is removed.
・Sensor abnormality
・Freezer overload
・Freezer high pressure switch
・Freezer protection timer
- Circulating water pressure abnormal alarm (optional): When the circulating water pressure exceeds the upper limit setting, an abnormality is detected and an alarm is output.
- Circulating water flow rate drop alarm (optional): If the circulating water flow rate exceeds the lower limit set value, an abnormality is detected and an alarm is output.
■Equipped with various output terminals
Equipped with an external temperature sensor terminal, a temperature recorder output terminal, and an alarm output terminal that outputs a variety of diagnostic information. The 2610S model is also equipped with a remote control terminal that allows you to remotely control the power supply, refrigerator, and circulation pump. External temperature sensor, output lead, and remote control lead are optional.
■Equipped with bypass valve
A bypass valve is included as standard on the side of the device to prevent the mixing efficiency in the tank from decreasing even if it circulates through a flow path with high pressure loss.
